I’ve been managing the chemicals in my pool myself for a while, and it’s been a real headache—testing the water, scrubbing every corner, and maintaining the filters on my own. The main reason I reached out to them is that I’m scheduled for spine surgery next month and won’t be able to do any of the maintenance. When I explained my situation, they scheduled me right away—and to my surprise, the owner showed up with one of his team members. Verified Our pool lights were not working, possibly needed to be replaced. I messaged a couple of businesses, chose H2O Pool Care in the end. They gave me options with exact quotes, which helped me decide. Communication was swift. Roman replaced both lights (which were really old) and texted later to check if the lights are working. They are! I hope we don't need any pool repair in the future, but if we do, I'll call H2O Pool Care.
